Call list entries lost everytime turn off the P800?

I ask this question for my friend as he has such problem, as everytime he turn off the phone, the call list entries would lost. Anyone has such experience and any solutions?? thanks !!!

Sounds as if the file system is corrupted. Backup, reformat, and restore; or simply reformat.
