Can someone help me?

I cannot get this to work..

I DL the pdf doc on this board and followed the instructions..

Still i cannot get it to work..

what steps did you make???
I can make it work in CANADA without the iDEN Update access you can make it work to.

Couple of hints

1. Start the computer and the Iden Update and nothing else.

2. Do not allow iDEN Update to read your phone hit
Click Here and then Continue

3. Create two backups with descriptions (change one like it says in THE FIX)

4. Check Restore ( when in Restore choose the one changed it will ensure you are downloading the right files) and Continue

Remember disconect your power charging cord from the data cable ( if you have one like that) when tring to work with iDen Update THIS CAUSES PROBLEMS!!!
if you have problem communicating with the phone using USB search your USB ports and/or download USB drivers

Everything should be COOL.
This should help.

I have to debug when I do it (ctrl+shift+Backspace) or ctrl+alt+backspace I don't remember. I also had to play with the speed on update's preferences to get it to work.
