8800-incoming call ID not showing up on screen

I don't know if I changed a setting or what on my 8800 . When calls are coming in the phone screen showing the ph # doesn't pop up. Seems very simple, but i have searched around the phone and a bit on here and Can't find anything.

Where do change setting so the incoming call info shows up at the time the phone is ringing?

Disable "content protection" in Options, Security, General Settings.

Looking at it right now, content protection is Disabled. It rings but stays in the same home screen.

There is another issue with phone, which is locking when i put it in the holster, but that option is NOT selected. I wonder if both of these issues have to do with each other
