HTC Excalibur Home Screen Question??

Hello Everyone,
Is it possible to change the color of the HTC Homescreen/System Screens to the Windows Smartphone Blue? I am not crazy about the Green.

i am not too sure about the HTC version but on the t mo version there are blue and red ones but you can always get new themes....
