PIctures download successful but...

Hey guys maybe someone here can help me out. I was able to send pictures to my phone via irda and view them as long as the pics are under 50kb but for some reason anything i send through the irda such as pictures says fail when i try to view them. Is there any way to reverse this or is this a forever bug? This is when the phone says I downloaded the file.
