Can you manage calls placed by your staff with their Blackberry? Can limit calls or number dialed? Can you manage also incoming calls?

Can you monitor their web surfing?

They can't listen in but they pretty much have full access to logs. If it's personal or private then keep it off the company BES-connected BB.
