anyone know if those blue tooth head set has radiation like holding the phone to your head and talking on it?

It is a fraction of the power of the mobile but yes it does radiate. I think somewhere on the order of 1 milliwatt which is 1/1000 of what the mobile transmits at 1 watt peak power. That is opposed to your microwave oven at home that transmits 1Kilowatt or more

so i would assume that using this bluetooth unit wouldn't cause and damage or brain cancer?

Of course read through this forum enough and you begin to believe certain individuals must have had their brains cooked inside a microwave oven at some point in their life!!
