I find it personally irritating that the etiquette followed by all of the other providers (some much farther down on the customer service level) is ignore by Verizon. |

I have a feeling that might relate to TXT (SMS/EMS) messages that might have some images or sounds (which can be done), and not to PIX/FLIX (MMS) messages, which are different.
