Seems like T-Mobile, whether in US or Europe, has industry leading kick arse customer service!!!

Having had billing problems with t-mobile uk for a few months... I think t-mobile has 2 sides to its customer service.

The call centres who you talk to on 150 are worse than the orange, ones by far.. I had to explain to one of them what a direct debit payment was, even though it's t-mobiles preferred payment method. On one day I called them 4 times.. and each time they hung up on me after 30 mins.

Having said that, I complained via email about the call centres, and an incredibly helpful person called me back, sorted out the problem and has even called back this week to confirm that my billing is correct. The service from that team was the best I ever had.. it's a shame though that to get it I had to have the worst service ever first

Its all about finding the carrier which sucks the least for your needs.. here in the US, T-Mobile is it for me. You guys are lucky you basically have 99% coverage in the UK.. must be nice.

As of saturday last, it's all i can do to walk past a tmob shop without adding a brick to the window display. My HTC universal's charger attachment has disappeared into the phone casing somewhere, making charging the thing an impossibility. This would happen if I'd randomly set about the phone with a chisel, and that would be my fault. It also happens with no provocation quite randomly, but quite often, as many of my fellow universal users will testify. This would not be my fault, but they choose to believe the former explanation is the correct one.

Why, faced with a bloke that spends £100+ a month, would a network not just fix his bloody phone? I know HTC's break, they know HTC's break, everyone knows HTC's are essentially hovering a heartbeat from chronic deadness at all times. So fix the damn thing. I've got insurance.
