HELP! Dash hard reset walk-thru. Broken LCD

Hi can somebody walk me thru the hard reset steps, button-by-button. My screen to my T-Mo dash is broken and I can't see anything. I've gotten as far as holding the 2 soft keys and powering up. I can see the t-mobile startup screen and then see it go to another screen. But from there I am lost since I can only see one small corner. Somebody help please. Thanks!

If it is a black screen with white print on it, hit the send (green phone) key and it will start the reset process.

is there any other button presses after that? I can only see about a dime-size portion on the bottom right corner so i dont know what else i have to do. thanks!

Are you hard resetting it because you're selling it, or returning it? I can't think of any other reasons to do so if the screen doesn't work!

you have to be very careful and you give get the timeing right for the power button its about 1 sec to 1.5 secs and thats it anymore more then that you will just do a normal boot up
