Upgrading to Blackjack & 3G - Slingbox/ WM6?

Will be trading up to a Blackjack soon with 3G and was wondering:
Will Slingbox play on this setup with the mobile app. Does Cingular allow the use of Slingbox on its (3G) network? Anyone else in Charlotte, NC using...
Is the Blackjack going to receive the WM6 update - I'd rather hold out a bit longer or at least know I can upgrade with minimal pain.

Slingbox WM app works well with BlackJack in 3G. And WM6 is reportedly coming to BlackJack in the summer.
