My HTC S620 got run over and survived. The phone works perfectly, but the back of the phone is pretty scratched up. Anyone know where I can get a replacement housing for this unit?

you can always try ebay or craigslist.... people sell broken phones for extrememly cheap prices and then you can just take the housing from that...
