Just bought the Blackjack at Compusa and inserted my sim card from the old att and it worked. One thing I cannot figure out is how to switch my settings to Mmode. Also, I have an E in the top center of my screen. Can anyone help me?

you have an E because you do not have a 3G sim card. E stands for EDGE.

The sim card does not matter. I get 3G with my old AT&T sim.

Is there a process to get 3G with the old att sim card and do you have the settings to switch from cingular to mmode? I also have a problem when people call me. They say that it sounds very fuzzy on the other end of the phone. Its a new phone? What is it? The phone is working right but it sounds like crap on the other end.
