Direct Push on Blackjack not working after update!

So my direct push from Exchange to my Blackjack is not working after I flashed with the most recent blackjack update… Anyone experiencing this issue? Know of a fix. I'm ready to throw my Blackjack in the trash now. I can manually sync my mail, but it's not pushed. I was able to do this before. Can I revert back to the old software.

UPDATE... Seem to be working but it pushes about 2-3 later. I setup my mail on the phone and did not use ActiveSync while connected via USB. I can't remember... Is there scheduling options when setting up on the PC?
