Blackjack Software Flash

Does the CD I received when I bought my Blackjack have a flash of my software when I bought it. I installed the update and am having problems
Can I get the flash somewhere online from Samsung or Cingular?

I do not think that you are able to go back to the old firmware version when you update the way that you have.. it permanatly writes the new firmware to the rom that is internal to the phone and overwrites the old OS structure..
