no one is an expert on messed up treos?

I have no sd card. so it can't be a program on the card.

any way to get rid of these programs? or is this even caused by bad programs. ahhhhhhh im freakin out. this thing was expensive. lol

Try a warm reset. Hold down power & reset the device, and release the power button just as the palm logo comes up. You should not see a screen that asks if you want to erase the device if you did it right. If that doesn't fix it, you'll have to hard reset(reformat). To do that, repeat the above process but hold power for a few seconds longer & you'll get the option to erase the memory. You'll lose all your data so I hope you synced recently. Other than that, there's no other way to fix a looping treo.

go to your dial pad and type #*377 and hit the dial button, it will tell you what happened

i did a warm reset.

nothin happened

i did the hard reset. and it asked me to clear all data, and i pressed up for yes. then it just shuts off, and when i release the reset button it just resets and continues to loop...

:-(
ive tried a few times and its not workin

You are not doing it properly. If you see the option to press yes you should have released the reset button by now.
