Blackjack Pop3 Email Question

Why does my new Blackjack keep asking me for my email password when I click on my pop3 email? I have it set up to recieve pop3 email from my Mediacom server...and it worked great for a little while, and all of a sudden it keeps asking me to re-enter my password.
What's up with that?
