Getting Contacts from Sim for Hermes/Orange SPV 3100

Hi
Had to do a hard reset last night as camera was'nt working.
Camera's ok now'but lost everything on my phone including my contacts.
I am sure they are on my sim'but don't know how to retrieve them.
Can anyone tell me how i do this?
