Check out RescoViewer or Splashphoto. You can do a search for them at Palmgear.com.

GrxView Lite is freeware and very good for the price. You can navigate to any folder on your SD card to view .jpg pictures; I think SplashPhoto requires them to be in DCIM. AcidImage is also very good, but not free. (I've never used Resco, but from what I've read, it's also great.)
