I was wondering if anyone knew how much data this uses when running on a WM5 device... i am temped to run it, and while i connect alot through WiFi, I can get 3G signals, but am curious as to ho much data will transfer during a "normal" session. like looking for directions. I have a grandfathered MEW plan so i can get away with using it, but i have to keep an eye on the amount of usage so i don;t get bumped to a PDA plan. I tried a seach for it, but i couldn't find anything reguarding something like amount of data.
TIA - Serkle

How much are you using per month now that you are worried about them saying something?
I'm at about 200 megs for the month so far, been using close to 100 megs a month for a while now, even before I got my 8525. Don't forget, people who use streaming audio or video use a lot more data than a few searches.

i would say a little more then average... just about all the sites i visit now are wap sites... if i ever steam something it's usually if i'm connected via WiFi, I don't have slingbox, and i don't use orb, if i stay connected for anything using HSDPA or GPRS it's usually AIM, or searching something on my MEdiaNet... but from what i've seen of LiveSearch the UI seems pretty nice... I was thkinking of trying to get TT6, but if LiveSearch can get the job done for directions, then I'd like to use it.

Well, I've got in on my 8525 with WM6, and the few times I used it I didn't really like it. I would much prefer a google today screen plug in.
