Locking Keypad on calls on Dash s620/621?

Is there anyway to lock keypad on outgoing calls while using a headset? I can lock it and receive calls fine. But whenever I make a call using my headset, I can't seem to lock the keypad and put it back in my case.

yes you can just push the power button for one 0.5 secs and then it shouold bring up the quick list and you can lock you kaypad through there....
