tmobile dash-vs-telenav bluetooth gps reciever

ieierioeriojhi i have a tmobile dash i downloaded google maps to it, it works wonderful however i recenly purchased a bluetooth gps reciever by telenav and my problem starts here i connect the 2 with bluetooth and then open uo google maps when i go ino the menu of the google maps it says start gps when it searches for the telenav it comes up with an error (your gps reciever is not responding me sure it has a direct line to sky or check your port settings and to make matters worse when it connects via buetooth to the dash there a yellow ? next to the device in the list of devices can anyone pleae help me out itwould be a great help thanks alot email me at tony2gunz@gmail.com
