Treo 680 vs BB7100i

I've had my BB for almost a year and I like it a lot, the only bummer is that my provider sucks and cant use sms (i could, but they want me to pay $25 per month to have the WAP...). I sync my BB with outlook, where I keep 300 contacts with lots of details, my calendar with everyones Birthdays, appointments, tasks, notes, etc...very handy.
Today I bought a Treo 680, but left it with another dealer to get it unlocked (it takes them like day or so to get the codes) so I cant review it yet.
I've been reading about the battery problems (I'm not too concerned about it as I charge my phones every night, even if I dont use them that day).
The other problem that I see people complaining about is the syncronization with outlook (I'll cross that bridge when I get to it).
When I move my contacts from phone to phone using the syncronization with outlook, some numbers get lost in the phone book of the handset, say if a contact has more than 1 number, then the handset will show only one. Any comments on this?
How is the Treo with the Windows Office applications (like Word, Excel, etc.)?
Any recomendations (like links or suggestions) to get usefull software upgrades for the Treo?
Memory?
Any tricks to keep the phone "happy"?
Any comments or encouragement for a new Treo user? Basically I would like to see what you guys can brag about that the Treo can do so I can try it.

battery was crappy at first, but now after more than a month of using it.. the battery now has all of a sudden improved ... i can use it upto 2 days now..
the treo syncs fine with my outlook for contact and calendar, and alot of my contacts have more than 1 number..
havent really dealt with syncing office apps.
memory?.. i have a 4 gig sd card that works fine..
suggestion is turn the date and time update from auto to manual.. it find it makes the treo more happier...

you can watch movies.. u dont have to find a 3rd party software.. you can use the treo camera software to watch mpeg4.. i have no problems with that..
