HTC S621 - Call forwarding indicator missing

I have a new S621 from Rogers and the phone is fantastic with one exception. When I forward calls, the call forwarding indicator does not show on the phone.

Am I missing something or do I have a defective unit?

i have been hearing a lot of things that the s621 have been missing a lot of icons. make sure that you dont have that many icons on the top that it would push the icon off

I am getting all other indicators, voicemail, missed calls, messages, etc., just no call forwarding.
