What were your opinions about them?

I've heard good and bad.

Good - they have a good variety of items, great for modding or replacing.
Bad - my friend's faceplate never came.
Bad - "brand new" items sometimes come all scratched up and dented.

I've bought a few housings from them, all were good high quality product but shipping was really slow

totally agree, some of their OEM items are actually OEM. however, they're pulls off broken/old units or something, so they come pretty banged up sometimes.

i've had a lot of trouble with them, there is absolutely no way to contact them. i've even done a charge back on them through my credit card company and paypal, and they still have not replied.

but they do have real oem items, most of the time. and most of the time people have had either wicked-one-time experiences with them or really horrible ones.

Yeah I noticed that. My order still hasn't arrive yet. They said that it can take up to 7-10 days. Today is the 9th day, can it really take this long?

Well if they give you a timeframe of 7-10, I guess they do have reasons why it might take this long.. are you able to track the package to check your shipping status?

No they didn't give any tracking numbers. But they said that the package needs a signature though, so I guess I'll just have to wait. I've just read in the other thread that it can take a lot of weeks. I just hope that it comes soon.

when i ordered my first shipment from them i used the standard shipping. it comes from hong kong then via the usps. it takes forever. i did another order using fedex and it was here in a few days but cost more. the tracking info they gave me was pretty useless. the usps tracking info just tells you when it has been delivered but not the status or the package in transit.

Yes, I've already seen that thread before and from my experience that thread is false. I guess sometimes it just comes to a bad luck.

Anyway the parts that I received are completey 100% OEM. I compared the very good copy I bought from ebay and yes, I can tell the differences and this is definitely an OEM.
