What do you guys think of the Motorola C330/C331G? Most people say its a good phone...

I am NOT a fan of this phone. I work for a wireless carrier, and i have seen more returns with this phone than any other phone we carry. The battery was ill thought when it was made into the phone. If the battery goes bust, you are out of a phone.

2nd dislike- the polyphonic ringtones are hard to hear if you are in something other than a quiet room.

I can go on for a while about this phone, but I won't.. take it from me, you don't want this phone!!!!!!!

The ringtones are okay if you turn it up really loud if you are in a loud place...but the reception in our area (which is wooded) sucks. The battery life tends to suck too (my sister has this phone which is precisely why I did NOT want it).

ETA: this is a C331g I am talking about.
