Phone specs? Philips ISIS

Does anyone have any idea what the specs are? My mom has one of these from an *old* AT&T Wireless account (soon to be replaced by a GSM quad-band on a new Cingular/at&t contract anyway) and while she has the original box and papers that came with it there is NO mention ANYWHERE of ANY specs. AFAIK it doesn't use SIM cards (predates them?). What kind of network does it run on, is it even GSM? TDMA? What frequencies? It'll probably just go to the electronics recycling center, but I've always been curious about it and there doesn't appear to be any info about it online.
