You can purchase it unlocked and use it with your T-Mobile SIM card, yes. BUT: You will NOT get any 3G coverage on T-Mobile's network.

im not sure if it comes with aol/msn/yahoo im. bump Q lol.

You'll have to download those apps to the device just like with the others I'm sure. If you decide to get the Treo 750 or whatever version you can find some great Treo apps on some of the Treo specific websites. There's tons of freeware out there for the Treo as well.
