I'm not sure what Diego is...sorry.
For most/all Nokia phones, you need to have the Nokia PC Suite installed on your computer (available at Nokia's website for free). There should be a menu option in the Nokia PC Suite (Nokia Application Installer) to download applications such as games and programs from your PC to your phone.
This should work, provided the application you're loading onto the phone is compatible and your service provider didn't disable such a move. Also, double-check your manual to see whether it's possible to run programs from your SD card. Some programs and certain other apps may have to be stored on the phone itself to work, instead of the SD card.
As for your icons, maybe when you downloaded the theme it may have corrupted some of the original files.

Hi, welcome to HoFo. A few tips for you:
* Even though your 6265i may come from other provider, a fellow HoFoer has a very nice mod guide http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=962591
* Diego is a Nokia proprietary PST program. However, don't cross the line because it's a sensitive subject http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=968187
* Compatible apps and games in files w/ JAR and JAD extension are stored in the Collection folder. Using the Nokia PC Suite for this particular objective isn't the best choice. Please try MobiMB or Oxygen Phone Manager. For further details, please read http://www.howardforums.com/showthr...0&page=26&pp=15
* If you see "?" icons, it may be caused by deletion of certain default corresponding png/bmp files for those menu items. Restore from your backup.
* It's better to describe clearly about your topic in the title http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=858056 I've edited it for you this time. I hope it fits your questions. If you've better description, please let me know and I'll edit it for you.
* I've moved this thread to the Nokia Modding sub-forum.
