Upgrade T300 to T610 or S55?

I just signed up with T-Mobile from Verizon, and chose the SE T300 as my phone. I've since discovered the RF sucks, which is no news to the people here.
I'm thinking of going to either the T610 or Siemens S55. Any pros / cons of these two phones?
I'm looking for a phone with *good* RF, small, light, bluetooth, IR, triband.
I don't need any features like a camera or the ability to swap faceplates, polyphonic rings or anything, but I wouldn't mind if it came with it.
I would like a color screen though.

Any other phones that meet this criteria I'd be interested in hearing about.

I'm in the same situation! The T610 isn't yet released (is it?) so I don't think that people can comment. The S55 meets your criteria, but I hear its color screen is really grainy and not much to speak of. The Nokia 3650 also has the features you want but is a bit chunky for my tastes. Another upcoming phone worth considering might be the Motorola V600.

Otherwise, the only other existing phones are the Sony Ericsson T68i, the T39m (no color), and the Nokia 6310i (no color). Personally, i'll probably wait for either the T610 or the V600.

I agree that the acreen on the S55 is not the best but the rest of the phone makes up for that downfall. I love it and I've owned the 7210 and 6100.

I can deal with the grainy screen. After all, the T300 screen isn't the greatest either.

I know the T610 isn't out yet, but I had wondered if some people had gotten their hands on early releases of it, which is why I threw it in the mix.

The Nokia does meet my specs, but I can't get over that key layout. I don't think thats for me.

I haven't seen the specs for the v600 yet. I"ll have to look into that. I loved my v60.

carsmovies: How's the RF on the S55?

The Rf on the S55 is above average. About the same as the 6100 and 7210.
