I don't know where to start?!?!

Do I go into a shop or phone t-mobile or what? I'm really confused :S

Also, I'm in the UK, how much is it going to cost me

First of all, 5300 is a BB5 generation Nokia and yet can be unlocked by 3rd party. Then we've rules here specifically disallow discussion of "Free Unlocking" http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=857200
