Does anyone have the Cingular rebate form for the Blackjack from the February timeframe? I've lost mine, cingular.com doesn't have it and when I called customer service they said they didn't have it either. I hope I'm not out of luck.

I think you are out of time. The one I have had to be mailed by Jan 30. If there was another, go to a Corporate store and see if they have one.

I emailed CS and they sent me one in mail. Must be post marked by April 30th so you still have time.

Yuh... they had a rebate from jan to march 31st, so you have have time. Its funny, it used to be a one month rebate, now they are doing these batch ones.

Look for any file name that comes up: MIR_NAT_Device_######.pdf

^ but that rebate form only looks like it's good for Cingular.com orders. what happens if the OP bought his phone at a retail store?

Retail stores are able to pull their own rebates even if its for older phones.
