Mot Q view all emails?

I tried searching the forum but could not find the answer to this.

I have a Q right now and it works fine but for some reason it will not show me my old emails they are still on the Verizon Wireless sync server but I can see them on my device. For the life of me I can't find any settings to change it to let me see my email.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Yeah-- this is a problem all of us have been figuring out. When you set up your email, you probably set it up to "retrieve the past 3 days" of email or something other than "all messages". You have to have your email set to retrieve "all messages" or your phone will purge all emails older than 3 days (or whatever setting you had it on)

Thanks I read through the article and it gave me the idea of how to fix it.

Turns out that the Verizon Sync software was the culprit. I went into the Wireless Sync setup and there it was staring me right in the face remove messages after 4 days. I changed it and there ya go problem solved.
