razr ear piece problems, sounds fuzzy

My daughter purchased a pink razr on ebay and it works good other than the ear piece. It sounds fuzzy. The speaker acually sounds better. This phone was a cingular and unlocked. Now it is being used on Suncom. Like I said before everything is working good other than that. Any ideas? Thanks

speakers go bad all the time, you need to replace the speaker sidekey flex cir.
take it to a moto auth serv centre

Paolo is dead on. The side key flex containing the speaker nees to be replaced.
