Data connection fails after changing towers (3125)

Does anyone else have this issue? With my 3125 my data connection works just great at work. I can move around the building just fine and data keeps going. As soon as I travel away from my tower, such as driving home, my data stops working. If I load a website it appears to load and then only loads a white page. No error. I found out after weeks of this that I can open up the Comm Manager and turn off my data connection and then it connects back up and the data works fine until I change towers again, and then the entire process repeats itself.

This happens off and on since the 3125 first came out. I'm in the St. Louis market but wondered if anyone else had a similar issue with their phone and if there is a better solution. I'm hoping that the new ROM will take care of it, assuming it gets a real public release.
