I have a question about the V3R. I foolishly bought my daughter a stereo bluetooth headset for her V3R so that she could listen to videos through the headset. I say foolishly because I don't believe the V3R supports stereo bluetooth. I think it only supports mono. That aside, she can't play videos or music at all through bluetooth unless the music or videos are on the phone, not the memory card.

I tried the headset with my V3XX - it works perfectly. I tried another bluetooth earpiece (JT 500) with both phones and the JT 500 works the same way as the headset. It receives video and music from the V3XX, and it receives phone calls when used with either phone. But it will not play music or video from the V3R if the video or music is stored on the memory card.

I also swapped the memory card -it works fine in the V3XX.

Is this a limitation of the V3R, or is the software on the phone screwed up?

If someone could try this on their V3R and let me know, I'd appreciate it.

Just another question - would flashing the phone to make it a V3i solve this?
