html email only in MS phones?

1) Is html email only limited to MS based phones? I dont see why that should be the case, but that's what it sounds like...
2) can i check corporate email on pocket outlook on ms phone?
I mean, will the emails be synced like they are on Blackberry's?
My company has BES, but I am not sure if I can have company email on my MS based cell phone through Pocket outlook.
