what the fudge! someone took my picture from my post from a picture of my 904SH and used it as an image to sell their own 904SH on ebay! WTF

I dont have an account on ebay, but is there some way to claim my picture and report this guy?

WTF... I thought you were actually selling your 904SH because of the forum title you used.

And to answer your question, no, as toanage said you should have watermarked the picture because once it's on the internet it's anybody's property (unless it's officially copyrighted).

now that i think about it, it really doesnt matter... yeah, i say go ahead and use my pictures... they are free for all!!!
i thought about selling my 904 last year, but decided not to because its too nice of a phone to sell... its still in my closet!

someone used some of my pics taken with my old n73 as samples to sell their n73 on ebay. hopefully it wasn't a scam like some of the n95 ebay attempts with pics from the prototype reviews.
