Hi there,
I was juste wandering if someone that lives near montreal could mod my nokia 6275i because I don't have the usb cable and I can't find it. I would be very happy if someone could mod my cellphone because I want to get those MP3 ringtones.
you can email me at jschbani@hotmail.com

Thanks,
JSC

Hi there, why don't you use bluetooth to access your phone, just buy a wireless bluetooth USB adapter (from futurehop for example), and the Nokia PC Suite (you can download it from www.nokia.com). No cable needed

Or, on ebay, i'm in Quebec City, and it cost me 13$ CDN for the USB cable, and the bluetooth USB adapter cost from 30$ to 50$

Regards,

- Mart

the bluetooth works great for PC Suite (I use it as well) but for getting mp3's as your ringtones you need to put a program on your computer from san Diego and it needs the cable. my $0.02

Hey everyone. I transfered my created ringtones in MP3 format from my PC to phone. When i tried to set my ringtone, it said "Not allowed by activation key". Does anyone know what this means, or what i can do to apply my ringtones. Thank you.

It's normal, I had the same problem, I used Diego software to modify my nokia 6265i, with Diego software, backup your phone, then changed the PRI ID: 1282, Generic features > Menu & User Settings > Ringtone Settings > Set as ringtone Menu Options
you'll find more detailed info there :

hope you'll be able to mod it !
CTU ringtone is great

When you pluged your phone with Diego software, did he detect the phone ? were you able to access your phone configuration ?
I've searched a bit, and found a user who has solved the problem, and put his/her

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out what i'm doing wrong...I've installed diego software, and secondary software, but when I connect my phone nokia 6275i with the usb cable and click on the icon, diego doesn't load. The window pops up, but it stays on my desktop until I close it. And then it says it's "not responding" I don't have any other nokia software on my pc. I'm using xp pro sp2
