I have a developer password but i can not access the form for a password to use webjal. If anyone knows a place other then motos iden developer site.

Not hard at all. Motorola forwards your request to Nextel, and they'll respond in a few days.

i just got a letter back from motorola. they said my request has been REJECTED. because i didn't specify which application i will be testing, and they couldn't determine if i was gonna use it for development purposes. someone help please@@@!

Just tell them you're developing a network aware application.

So make something up. Are you really THAT bad at lying?
Tell them it's an application you're currently developing to allow your business to process orders in the field.
