I cant get any mods to work.. media players, apps, skins, nothing (im mostly concerned about skins, & apps). Ive looked through several help files and read several posts here, but nohing seems to help. I know its not just cuz im stupid, ive previously modded xbox, psp, ds, a couple of old sony erricsons, but my v360 is being very stubborn... So if anybody could give some help or point me in the direction of a good tutorial, i would greatly appreciate it.

Ok, I guess I should have been more specific... When using p2k commander, When I hit restart phone (after uploading skin files to phone) it says "data write fail", and the phone doesnt restart, also a lot of times it wont make new folders when i try, also my phone never had a "skins" directory, I had to create one myself. When using skinmanager it just doesnt seem to read my phone at all... So now Im thinking its my settings, so if anybody could give me some tips on how to configure the software properly on the PC and/or phone, that would be great!

Ok I got the skins working

Unfortunately, now Im having trouble with games...
I follow directions to install (using the: USB to transflash, then install new method), and the games will start but then freeze, for example Im trying to install Sonic the Hedgehog Part 1, the game installs, and runs, but freezez on the loading level screen. Ive also used the MotoMidMan install method witch gives me the same outcome... Any tips
