so my stylus was lost and the screw under that was loose... and fell out and is LONG gone. so i took it to my local big verizon store to get a new screw and i was greeted by a very rude moron who managed to lose one of the other loose screws when he took it to the back to tighten them... UHG

so now im missing 2 screws and none of them are particularly tight.

is it possible to get a new set of screws so i can replace all of mine?
