Very wierd w810i problem

I've got a very wierd problem with the keypad of my w810i.

Only some of the buttons on the keypad work. The top selection buttons (the ones that look like this -), the "back" and "cancel" buttons and the left and right side of the numpad (1, 4, 7 * and 3, 6, 9, #).

The buttons that don't work are the "walkman" button, the "shortcut" button, the directional keys and the play/pause button, the middle numpad battons (2, 5, 8, 0) and all the buttons on the side of the phone.

Actually the down button on the directional keypad works the same as the off button on the top of the phone.

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong with my phone, or how to fix it?

have u tried powering off
if not try flashing it with wotan or SEUS
it might cost u 10 buks CND or 9US for Wotan but its worth to try to save ur phone compared to losing it all together

How did this problem occur? Did you drop it or anything?
