SLVR L7 Keypad problem

hello, I recenlty got a SLVR from a friend of mine. The problem with it is the 3,4,#, left directional, and volume up buttons do not work. All the rest work. I tryed to reflash the phone with the stock cingular software twice now, both flashes went though fine, but same problem. I guessing this is a hardware problem and this phone is done? Any help is appericated. Thanks

You may have to change the keypad.
