M1 freezes

Hey just got this phone less than a week ago and within the first few hours of use the phone freezes occasionally. it will work fine, then i will close it and open it and it shows the grey backround (like what u would see behind a menu item). it still seems to operate but i can't see what its doing b/c the screen is frozen. to fix it i just reboot the phone and its fine until it happens again, this is not repeatable it happens randomly.

anyone else have this problem? i'm going to sprint today or tomorrow to get a new one, hopefully there won't be any problems.

my phone does that sometimes...i dont have to reboot it. I does happen randomly though

yeah so I found out how to recreate the freeze. it does it when I end a call by closing the phone, that is the only time it will freeze. if I end it by pressing end it doesn't do it. to return the phone back to normal, i could either reboot it or if I left the phone open until the screen went blank it would be fine after that.

its not a horrible problem, but since thats how I end calls just by habit, its annoying. so i got a new one anyway, hopefully problem free. besides this one and only problem, love the phone!
