Krzr k1 problem

I kinda deleted the kjava files on my k1 thinking it might rid me of those lousy preloaded apps, im running on the cingular FW if someone could just upload the files that were found in the kjava folder i would greatly appreciate it 
also has anyone found out how to rid yourself of those damned apps?
