8100 BB Question with Bluetooth

I loaded the latest realease of the BB Pearl software from cingular (Pearl Red) and since I have performed this upgrade my bluetooh connection to my head set appears to cut in and out after I have completed one call. So I was wondering if I wanted to load the software/firmware of a previous edition for the BB pearl through cingular, what is the process of removing the current edition from my phone and getting the BB pearl firmare update for BB pearl (Maine slate color) from cingular? I did not have this bluetooth problem until I uploaded the new firmware.
