ok, so i serached and searched but i just cant find anything that will answer my question. i have a treo 750 and i have a 2gb card. i went from an 8525 to the treo and that was a piece of cake to use your ringtones from the card as actual phone rintones. i cant seem to find a way to use my songs on my card as ringtones without taking up the phone memory. if there a way to do this?? a program im missing?? i have used the copy into the rings folder and that takes up phone memory.. please help me!!! thanks in advance

goto into sounds & notifications....and then to the Manage tab.

Then goto Menu > Add

Pick the file you want to use and hit select.

Then goto the notification tab and now that ring will be in the drop down menu.

i am familiar with this way of doing it but it takes up the phone memory.. is there a way that i can do it with phone memory being used up?? i have done this way and after so many tones it says my phone needs more memory..please help me out!!!
