Minor problem with joggr application

I set the bottom button to go to the Internet explorer. Whenever i double tap it, it goes to IE but then gives me an erroe message "Your internet connection is not configured properly. please verify your settings in Data Connections" When i go to the comm manager i cant even go into data connections. however when i go to the IE trhough the menu i dont get the error message. Either way the IE still works its just that its annoying to get an error message everytime i go to IE by double tappin the lower button
