Hi,
I bought the 6265i a few days ago and have been playing around with it ever since. Unfortunately theres a couple things that strike me as slightly weird or I want to change.
When I take a picture and set it as the background, at first it will be in the orientation i took the picture, but for some reason after a while and going through a couple menu's.. I'll return back to the standby-mode and the picture has changed to be a cropped version of the landscape in portrait mode ... i.e. it seems to have rotated the picture 90 degrees CCW (counter-clockwise and the edges are cropped off.
I've been trying to figure out how to set the picture to be a certain orientation but I can't seem to get it.. also, I think its cool that i can edit the pictures on the phone but its odd that they wouldn't give the option to rotate the picture (or did they and i just missed that?) .. and it kind of sucks that when i rescale a picture it takes it down to the size of my selected area
overall though i think it's a kickass phone... i held the samsung u510 for about 30 seconds and said "wow this thing is a piece of crap" and had the salesperson grab the nokia for me ... so nice
Thanks in advance .. p.s. nokia_newb, i like your sig

Hi, welcome to HoFo. You should use programs like PhotoShop to resize, rotate the images you wanna use first: 240x320px . It's little to do with the phone, especially 6265i is a Nokia Series 40 3rd Ed model, which doesn't share the limitation as with some Series 60 models.
